Shop owner Mike Dickman took a leap of faith in 2008. As the shop where he was employed closed, his choices were to find another job working for someone else or open his own facility where he could prioritize his values in mechanical and customer service. His dream became a reality on September 1 that year. Mike’s Automotive Service in West Bend, Wisconsin, first opened in a renovated car wash, but the commitment to service was first class.
